Evening All, I could use some advice from those in the know. My dad has a 1997 Ford Escort 1.8lx estate in his garage. He has owned it since it was a couple of years old but has not driven it in the last 8 or 9 years. He now wants to get rid as he's given up driving and none of us kids want it. I would like to know if I should try and sell it as is or get it properly serviced, mot'd then sell. I know these Escorts are not the one's everyone wants so won't be worth a fortune. His car is in extremely good condition, inside and out. It has around 70,000 miles and is solid as a rock underneath as he had all of the areas prone to corrosion professionally replaced not long before it went into his garage. Any advice gratefully received, Smudge
