Rick Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 looking at ny car today im not sure if the rear arches are done correctly. what i mean is, wev formed the bottom line so that it continues into the arch and around the lip (this is the rear bubble arch, you can see the bit im talking about as its a bit wonky at the mo) should the line fade away before it gets to the arch or is it already correct? its something i havent thought about til now i just assumed thats how it was. some pics of other cars would be nice as i cant find any

Rick Posted March 14, 2007 Author Report Posted March 14, 2007 no lol most of you missed my point of this thread lol i was on about the formed lines but i can see from the pics that they are like that, just need to define them a bit more the arch is a little far back and the back end still needs lowering and the front corner needs remaking in fibreglass as its too pointed in fact i dont think the axle is even on perfectly straight at the mo, it was quickly assembled to roll about

Blimey, you could have one in every colour, mex, twink, RS1600, 1800, street sleeper, mental turbo arched racer and forest rally car and still be thinking the same .... its why I hate my Mk1, you do something and think, ah great! and then something else comes along and oh bollox, coulda done that
