I got 143bhp using a fr30. Great cam for a road car and the torque was excellent. My car was in the first edition of Retro Ford when it was at a rolling road shoot out. you can see the dyno print out.

Been dealing with Burton Power for many years but was let down recently by them My wife ordered a Quaife quickshift for my Christmas but when i fitted it to my car it went straight into reverse instead of first gear. I had to take it back out of gearbox which if anybody who owns a mk1 with an RS centre consol knows is a real pain. Anyway it turns out a clip was missing from the gearstick, i asked for some stickers as a goodwill as i had to pay over £7 postage to send it back for repair. Was told no problem but quess what, nothing. At least gearstick sorted

Dont people realise that their "new" car could well have been damaged and repaired before it has left the showroom I worked as a salesman in some main dealers and could probably write a book on the subject Why do you think salesmen used to love it when it rained on the 1st of August, hide the scratsh, chip, dent etc
