FOR SALE, no swaps. Lots of work done by previous owner and a little by me. Its definitely not your thing if you want it looking standard! 2.0 Pinto engine (1600 on log book), K&N filter, spare identical carburettor, spare alternator, various other little bits, door sill trim. 60k miles T&T (running out soon but will get it done again if I still have it - will fly through apart from front tyres probably) Flat black spray job, including engine bay in green before I bought it. Sunroof Genuine Autoplas side window louvres (with release key) Windows have reg no. etched Rear leaf springs replaced, along with polybushes, and have longer shackles which raised the car by 1.5" (for the fat chrome wheels in the pic, which are now removed), but standard shackles also included. Wheels are the 15" black Lenso (BBS style) ones with polished rims. 2 good Avon tyres, fronts need replacing. New battery. New rear brake shoes and pistons. Brakes are good. Black interior, including centre console which previous owner had a big stereo in, so just a space at the mo. Alarm and immobiliser, non standard door locks fitted. No bumpers No boot parcel shelf Side repeater indicators Nothing to mention rust wise, just the odd bit of flaking here and there. Single headlights installed, but still have the twin headlights with surrounds and grill. 2 sets of rear lights (one set black tint) 4 point rear seat belt harnesses Starts well, goes well, drives pretty straight, stops well. Bad bits: Boot keyhole has been removed and filled over - did have electronic release which broke, so now has cable release accessed from front of car. Rear window heater wire not connected. Rear wiper works intermittently. Glovebox flap removed (included), but needs hinges. If I was going to keep it I would polybush the whole thing. Will add more photos soon... £1900 ono. Putney, London.

I assume thats the app for this forum. All youre seeing is the thread title repeated. This is what my ad says: These are Mondeo Zetec wheels, NOT Escort Cosworth. Similar, but not dished. £80 - get em quick before 31st August! - some bloke said he'd pick them up, but didnt thats why Ive started the thread again! He wasnt from this forum. Im unsure of the exact details, but from what I can tell this is what they are: 15" 5 spoke Mondeo Zetec alloys x4 6J 4 stud 108 PCD i believe. ET40 (ive seen others that look the same with this ET - these arent the dished Cosworth version) Tyres are usable but got a comment on my last MOT, 1000 miles ago. Dirty, but fairly good condition - a bit of curbing on tthe very edge, but no dents and the spokes are fine. Spacers are 20mm Pick up from my house in Ashford, Surrey TW152QS before the end of the month when i move!

£195 They have a diamond cut finish, but I have sanded and polished one of them, as you can see in the photos. They are 15" diameter, 8" wide and ET is approx -25. (this equates to approx 140mm of wheel from the front of the hub mounting surface. 4x108PCD (they were about 4x116 but have been drilled to accommodate 4x108). All 4 centre caps are there, 1 of them polished. There is a little bit of scuffing along the very edge, but nothing major, so you could even sand those smooth if you want. The paint behind the spokes is flaking off. Tyres are Avon 225/60, REARS ONLY (fronts removed and being used now), a bit cracked on the sides but plenty of tread. ***COLLECTION ONLY PUTNEY, SW LONDON***

Fine for me... I have to ride my motorbike through the Staines area to get to work in Windsor, but the floods and the cancelled trains because of Datchet's flooding means I get to work from home!

I saw these discs on ebay: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Capri-MK-II-1-6-Coupe-1974-1977-Front-Brake-Discs-/350861959705?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Car+Make%3AFord%7CModel%3ACapri&hash=item51b100a219 Incredibly cheap for a vented pair, and posted, £24! How good do you think they'll be? If not amazing, at least better than the bog standard factory solid ones, no? I just want to get rid of the steering wheel wobble I have when braking, which i assume is a warped disc.

15" 7J or 8J wheels as deep as possible.

still after some... -
great condition, £100. collection from Langley, Berkshire.

I am after a set of 4 matching 15" wheels, may settle for 14" if theyre deep enough. positive offset is not good enough. 7" or 8" wide, maybe even 9 for the rears. i like the raceway racelight (centerline style) wheels, but sadly they arent in production anymore. Wellers are good, especially the round hole ones. Must be in good condition. With or without tyres (if it has tyres, none of this 'stretched' nonsense, i'm going for the fat tyred muscle car look. let me know what youve got. theyre to fit my mk3 Capri.

Adding other 80's Fords to Old Skool Ford, please vote

so exactly what models and marks does oldskoolford cater for? -
exactly as the title says. It's on my mk3 Capri, and has been blended in, with filler and probably riveted in too. I've just bought the car, and it'll be coming off as I don't like the look of it. I'll either damage it and throw it away, or you can help and save it if you so wish. I live in Berkshire and it'll need to be done on a weekend.
