  1. Pics and details in this post: http://www.oldskoolford.co.uk/ipb/index.php?/topic/78169-mk2-escort-parts-for-sale/
  2. Hello all, I have a bonnet I no longer need as my car was sold. It.s had some work to the front corner and needs more welding/finishing but is in decent overall nick and is priced to sell. Text or give me a call on 07472 245591 for pics/details. Cheers, Anth.
  3. Clamps and grille clips sold.
  4. Car's now been sold, so I'm selling the parts I have left. All prices are plus postage - would prefer collection on the big items, either from Shildon DL4 or Durham DH4. PM me for more info and postage costs 2" lowering springs: Don't know the spring rate as I got these with the car, but they're new and I was told they're 2" drop. £20 Magnum slam panel: Brand new, never fitted or interefered with. £30 Haynes manual, decent nick. £5 Punched radiator cutout panel: Has some light surface rust from sitting but new and unused. £10 Grille clips and black anodised screws: Brand new in packet, never opened, cost a tenner plus postage new. £8 Mk2 bonnet: Good apart from drivers front corner. Has been plated inside and out at leading edge, has some grot in the frame but I've cleaned it all up and given it a coat of red oxide. I've also replaced a section of the X frame at the front, this is held on with sealer and will need to be spotted to the existing frame. There's one small hole that still needs welding up as well, but once that's done it'll be a tidy bonnet. All bare areas in the pics have since been given a coat of red oxide to stop corrosion. £30 Non-Escort, but set of 3 Clarke welding clamps, unopened. £10 I've also got a set of standard U-bolts, brand new, just need to turn them up! £10 Cheers, Anth
  5. Going to get my bonnet finished off and in primer, got a painting to finish for Monday, and I'm building a workbench for the garage. It's all go!

Front bumper - GL I assume, has black strip but no overriders. Chrome could be better but no grot that I can see - £20. All collection only from DL4 or DH4. Will post pics tomorrow. Anth.
  12. Hi there, love mk2 vans, look forward to seeing yours
  13. If I get one I'll be sure to do so. TBH I was looking for a (reasonably) cheap second hand one as I'm on a budget at the moment, but that's cheap for a brand new one if I can't turn one up.
  14. Hi all, as above, I'm after a round headlight grille for a Mk2 in decent nick. Anyone got one for sale?
  15. Nearly bought one last year, definitely bargain Yanks these. This one looks really nice.
  16. It'll look well with Halibrands on, very nice!

  21. Very nice! What's it running? And what wheels are you going for?
  22. Nice one, I'll ave em! Thanks for that
  23. Just saw some sills on ebay that are listed as mk1 Escort 2 door saloon/van - would these fit a mk2 estate? Not sure how much of the bodywork's common with the mk1 Estate and van, thought they might be worth having in stock if they fit. Cheers, Anth.
