Due to the overwhelming response and the time it has taken me to 'plough' through the the various cars on offer. I am sorted Thank you

The budget is enough to get a really nice car, what im struggling with is finding one. But it has to be a sorted car, i want a car ready to go. For the right car maybe £20k,.... Mike

Hi Just dropping in to say hi. Just getting back into Fords again after a huge break. I learned to drive in my dads '72 MK 3 Cortina XL After that i had a Mk 1 Capri 1600 XL, Mk 1 3000 GXL, Mk1 Facelift 1600 GT ...all daytona yellow then a couple of other Capris, at one time my sister had a Sebring Red Capri, i Had my yellow one, and my Dad had a Mark 11 Capri S in brown, i have the pics somewhere which ill post soon. After the fords i moved into a TR6 back in 1980 and then into a Lotus Esprit, more recently a GT6 and then i built a little Rally rep Hillman Imp. I still have the TR6 in my garage after almost 35 years. I am just about to pick up a MK2 Cortina so joined the forum as in the past with the Imp and TR, the forums are where the knowledge is. Based in Somerset, hope to see some of you out and about this summer. Cheers Kinger
