You need a boss to fit I have a rs one for the mk2 escort but it wont fit the mk1, Thease are rare as rocking horse poo so they dont come cheep, If you are interested give me a email. I thought the mk2 and mk1/capri were the same hence I have a expensive door stop. Mike

i got a pair of fishnets for my brooky I have to get them recoloured but hears a couple of pictures of them on my spare seats. and a piccy of the std headrests Mickey c

To me the best capri is a turbo technics 2.8, if you can find one, I had a 2.8 special with the 200 bhp conversion, you could drive it around just like a std 2.8 but when you felt like some fun it went like stink, It did about the same mpg as a std 2.8. Mickey c

I picked up a escort mk2 steering wheel boss to day but I am not sure what it is. eg I have no escort to try it on (as i am into capris), the number it has is 79AB 3K686 AAFA . I do have the rs boss for a mk1/capri and this has a larger hole for the steering column to fit in to and is longer eg 160min length. Mickey c

Dunno what it is called but to me it looks like the thing that is fitted under the panel that fits in front of the radiator, it makes the side lights brighter when the ignition on. So if it is that dont remove it just replace it. Mickey c
