  1. There were some 4x4 mk1 Mundaneos, used the gearbox and transfer box for the mk6 escy rs2k 4x4. They were all 2.0 Si's if I remember correctly, with those escort cossie rip off wheels.
  2. I've got a cortina void bush removal tool if you need it fella! Its basically a big steel cup with a threaded bar through it. I can most prob get you a set of polybushes on the cheap too!

  8. I've got a set of spacers that my G/F was using on a Pug 206 to fit ford wheels, They're about an inch wide iirc. They any good to you?

  12. All wheels should locate around the hub. Fords have a backbore of 63.4mm and you can buy little plastic spigot rings to get a pug wheel (or whatever else fits) down to that size Usually about £2.50 each for Motorworld or Halfrauds

The heads saveable I reckon, getting it skimmed and compression tested tomorrow, 2 new vavles in pot 4 an, the aim is to get it running thursday and sell it the weekend after next There's a guy in Kent who's very interested, want to pay me before he's seen the car!! My other half just suggested red with stripes over the top? Similar to one in classic ford this month.

  16. Sierra cossie is et38 or thereabouts. As said the Escort Cos is et25 and most pugs are et15, bar the 206 and the newer ones. They are et25.

  18. Gonzo, the cossies for sale mate, so I can buy an OSF! As soon as I thought about selling it, its been playing up! It'll be fixed properly, no point bodging it, cuz it'll only come back to haunt me!
  19. Nah, get the hole next to the vavle seat ally welded and lap a pair of new valves in and its sorted! Pistons got a nice round ding in it though, so that may need replacing Gotta love Cosworth reliability!
