The thing is it’s in a small garage so the airflow isn’t really there, maybe it’s not that bad but because of being in a small garage it’s just the breather pipe letting out the smell into the air, if you block the breather pipe in cold conditions is there any problem doing so? I understand it’s to let things expand in the heat right? But in winter months could I block the end up?

Yes I have and there’s nothing, I asked the guy I bought it off about it and he said about getting a filter that goes in the end of the breather pipe, like a carbon filter or something

Hi guys, I have a long range tank fitted in my mk2 and notice that my whole garage stinks of petrol really strong smell, it’s even fumigating my seats fabric too it’s that strong…. No leaks at all - is this normal? Thanks

If I was to have a floor carpet put in again would you dodo the whole floor of the car? I came across a lovely set of fishnet recaros but wow they want 2k for them and they aren’t pristine either, is this a normal price for them?

I cannot see anything about being registered for ved? When I went to tax the car they told me it was exempt looking at rules on mot for uk it just says a car over 40 years old is exempt

Hey guys I have been looking at putting an interior back in my car and looking for some nice seats and rear bench, do you guys fit seatbelts in the rear? Like the lap belts? also is it best to get seats that have the belt connector already fixed to them? Or do you bolt them to the floor etc? Where does the seatbelt fix too on the car? Because I take it as standard they didn’t have any thanks

Ok maybe I’ll just to continue manually turning them off then as the price of that tiny piece of plastic is pretty steep 😂

Great work mate! Is it hard to fit the rear bench? If I were to buy one does it need any brackets etc to fit it in? I love your seats! They are so expensive to buy! I was looking at some rs turbo recaros then getting them leathered with orange stiching to match my roll cage 😬 do you have any parts at all you are selling? Interior stuff etc

Hey OSF crew, my mk2 has a quick rack which is great by the way! BUT my indicators don’t turn off after tuning a corner, is this normal? Or is there something I can do to change this? Thanks all!

I really would love your interior! Mine is totally stripped out apart from the dash (how I bought it) but would really love to put a floor carpet in it and some normal seats! Do you actually wear the harnesses? Are they anchored underneath rear bench? I also want rear passengers (my two sons) for the odd show too!

Cheers mate! You have solved my problems! what’s the handling like? With the tyres less stretched would that mean the handling isn’t as good? It feels like it’s on rails at the moment have you ever tried the 185/60 ? what’s cruising like in terms of revs with your tyres? Does it feel like it needs another gear at 70?

Also I have found with running 175/50 tyres 70mph sounds/feels like 170 mph on the long journeye!
