  1. Further typo correction....oh my Goodness, this is now getting a bit daft. I won't even try to type the name of the social media platform that I'm trying to state here. It starts with F and ends in book.
  2. Typo correction. I don't know and cannot explain why my entry of 'Retards Club' auto corrected, but suffice to say, it should read Retards Club. Ps did suggest I join the alternative group!!
  3. Hi and thanks for posting your experience and confirmation. I may well be responsible for casting the most recent doubt regarding 'classicpartsshack.co.uk'. I registered and uploaded this a couple of days ago but I think it's still awaiting moderation. Good morning all. I was drawn to this forum in a bid to help someone who wrote into the 'boundless' magazine recently. The gentleman explained that he has a 1990 2.9 Granada Ghia that has developed an ABS brake booster fault and he is hopeful of finding a replacement. I originally went down a cul de sac of 'classicpartsshack.co.uk' but am thankful to the members comments here that strongly suggest this has now ceased. So, naturally I'll encourage him to register with you, as I have done today, but in the interim I'm hoping to obtain a view of likely suppliers who'll be able to help in his search. Cheers ps - I think it's customary for newbies to share their classic Ford credentials. Sorry, I don't currently have any, other than I had a few Mk 2 Cortina's back in the day and ar kid has been a Ford main dealer technician all his working life. So, back to classicpartsshack.co.uk I can see that an active Retards Club page exists, but I'm not registered with Retards Club. So I navigated to the 'About us' link on the website which contains a mobile number and postal address in Sleaford. The telephone number is dead, but the website looks to be comprehensive and has recent updates. It always provides an extra layer of assurance if you can speak to a human at the end of the phone, whether to clarify a potential part prior to ordering or just general chat prior before parting with your brass. It begs the question I guess, can telephone contact be made with classicpartsshack.co.uk or did you place your VW Scirocco order using their website? Because I'm making this enquiry on behalf of someone who might be similarly socially excluded (media that is!), I guess he'd like to speak to someone too. Cheers
