Yer that's when I'm going 17th. I would recomend bringing some spare wheels and tyres to go home in I had half worn tyres on the front and they wer slicks by end of the day and my rears wer new budgets and they are shredded up big time lol but I recon they will be fine for October session Or atleast the morning lol!!! I've got the vies on DVD now I just need to upload it and get em on YouTube

It was a great laugh I absolutely tore up my tyres lol engine sang all day long and nothing went wrong atal even the temperature stayed on the second bar all day never got hot and we thrashed the he'll out of it all day!!! Good old x-flows!!!!!! I'm going again in October if anyone on here wants to join me il give you the link It's great just thrashing it about sideways without worrying about curbs and police Ibe got alot of vids I just need to get em on YouTube and il post em here

Getting ready for north Weald event on Sunday I've been watching the videos on YouTube and it looks like a good laugh. Two circuits and a high speed bend! It's gonna be wicked I'm really looking forward to it I can't wait to thrash my sport about on the track. Just done a oil change checked everything tight and running smoothly , found some old rusty steel got them sand blasted and painted them blue lol. Then went and got myself some v cheap black and r round tyres as I intend to use them up by the end of the day!!!!! It's gonna be my first chance to really get used to my new LSD without having to worry about police!!!! Here's a few pics..... If any one wants to sign up and go Sunday it's only £50 for the whole day only 18 pple going at moment so you won't have to wait around ....

Do you think they are worth much?

As they're 1/2" narrower than a standard mk2 rim, wouldn't that be a step backwards? The steels I've got are 5 1/2 j anyway so wouldn't make a difference , I'm not sure I do love my steels but it does look smart with rs alloys on too

Put the filler in get a sanding block, when you rub it down (p80 or p120) keep changing your direction you're rubbing it down and dont press hard to prevent getting ripples and uneven sanding, keep feeling it with youre hand flat on the panel until its almost ready (tiny bit high) then flat it with p320 grade sandpaper and when you can't feel a change in the panel with you're eyes closed you know it's ready. Then a couple of coats of primer then dust a layer of black on and flat it with hardly any pressure with p500 the black should flat off evenly , if not it may mean it's a tiny bit low

Yer me too I've got five aswell! I'd lve to know what car they came off originally.. I took them off a mk1 escort donna car. Just need to get them refurbed and il put them on my mk2. Does anyone know of a recommended diamond cutter?

The bolt holes are flat and on the back it says RONAL

Other than fooked. I was wondering what these wheels are? I was thinking of getting them re cut and polished and putting them on my sport. I know their are lots of different variations of the 4 spoke alloy was wondering if anyone knew what these are? They seem to have a shallower dish and a raised lip where the centre cap goes???? Thanks Steve
