..... a mate is giving me a running 205 inj block out of a Sapphire. Its an Auto. My 100e Prefect has an old Cortina Pinto and 5 sp box. I need to know what bits I need to transfer the lump in whilst retaining the manual trans, flywheel, starter, clutch etc? Basically can I use the old Pinto bits withthe new 205 block? Urgent as donar needs to be stripped and scrapped asap.

We used to do this on our mk5's back in the day. A black touch up through the centre of the number 8 makes it 2.0........ ..... assuming its a 2 litre?
