  1. Very sad to have read of Simon`s death. He did the photo shoot of my 100E. Really nice bloke, and produced some fantastic images, some times pictures cant do things justice, but his certainly did, Cheers Simon. Our condolences to all your family and friends.
  2. Hi Smiffy, who cares how much fuel it drinks, sat along side smiffy at coombe earlier this year, that thing shifts, handles well too, guys a f@ck!n nutter on the track, but certainly knows his car. shame we spun a shell, but still got home pretty rapid on the back of a tow rope at 70 odd tail gaiting another RS in the fast lane.
  3. Yep mines working fine now as well, would like to see OSFDC pics though as it seems quite a few of us out here couldnt get to see them before they were updated, hope this is possible, cheers guys keep up the good work.
  4. Got Java 6.2 & Adobe flash player and still get a big black square on the opening gallery page. URL it's opening seems to indicate it needs Flash player.
  5. I`m avin the same problem.
  6. Snapped mine the other weekend 200 yards from my house as i was leaving for the Classic Ford stand at Ford Fair. if you measure the length of the cable and then look in BURTON`s catalogue it lists all the Ford models and there relevant length cables, also gives you the Q & H part number, hope this helps.
  7. Well done Chris, Just remember who's car got you where you are today.
  8. hi, me and my wife arrived at about 7.45 and we were also the only ones there, i knew smiffy and deano were on the way with a few others from Bridgewater, we had a good chat and laugh, bit of a disaster but has potential to be good, 7 oclock on a week night is a little early for people travelling from further a field. My local gloucester meet normally kicks off at about 8 which suits everyone, some get there early and have a bite eat first, we meet on the first thursday of the month at the harvester in Quedgley apposite tesco's. Last month a few guys came down from worcester, would be good to see a few from Bristol and surrounding areas.
  9. I'll be coming along too, give the old girl onother run out. either see you on route or down at Taunton.
  10. Yep i will be going down, my car is on the Side Valve Owners Club stand. Honest its just an aquaplane head on there.
  11. Another option which i have done to my cologne in me 100e, is to over bore 60 thou, 2.9 crank to stroke it (have to modify the nose to allow you to run timing gear instead of chain), you also have to deck pistons cause they come out top of block , change to steel gear at this point to. lightened flywheel, cossie clutch, V6T6 (hairy) Kent Cam, high pressure oil pump, standard 2.8 k-tronik injection. Tubular manifold 2 1/2 in system. Dynoed at 176 BHP, 211 LB/FT Torque, just pulls and pulls right through to 6000, no idea how much for conversion but was money well spent.
  12. Hi Chris, I hear you fancied buying a zodiac?. So you saw where the 'E' was painted too.
