Being an ex banger racer i spotted a bloke eyeing up the Granny yesterday. He only lives down the road. It is just so happens he must of got a new toy in the past week namely a Hiab flat bed. Now, you dont need an alarm/imobiliser when old matey just scoops her up! Safe to say the Granny is now kept on MOD property now. Better to be safe than sorry ay! (when you know, you know)

The car it self i have had for 3 years, this is the only serious problem i have had with it. It dont help that i had the MOT last week. Been to the garage today to inform the mechanic what happened. Answer to you question it suddenly over heated. the guage went up then kicked out the water out of the over flow pipe. Maybe its a sticky thermostat? I am waiting for the phone call. He did mention some thing about the crank shaft being tits up. apparenty this is a common cause on a Scooby.
