Eventually got around to printing some off on FREE work paper! Happy Days! I wonr be able to dist them out yet as i am sat in Norway freezing my b******ks off @ -6 degs!!!

Stopped one month ago this Sunday. Mega hard work, i put on near on a stone. The upside is on the ship is a free gym and a PTI that does circuits twice a day. Mind you i am in Norway at the moment and shorts & t-shirt is not a good call!!!
