finally got it running proper now so well cuffed but cant get it to select gears but will investage more when on a ramp at work but its back on its own wheels drive shafts are done just got to put the altinator on and make up some pipe work for the rad then its very nearly there but heres some pics of how its looking now let me know what ya think

you want the early mk2 XR2 carb mate, the later ones were pretty poo to be honest, the earlier ones had bigger choke sizes as well. thats the carb i got mate just all blocked up as it came of a car in a scrap yeard god knows how long its been there but ill get it in the parts washer tomorro at work and shee what happens once all is unblocked

it will be racing at the pod on the 31st of this month

loue you need a slap my man and not 100% sure now as my car has under gone some major work over the wekend and its still got a little bit to go

well the litle 1.1 went pop friday on my way to work so got towed home me and my mate said fook it lets make a fast car now so from friday to sunday non stop work on my car it now looks like this all thats left to do is put the rad in plum it all up and did the conversion for 60quid and it ran sunday aswell so fooking wel chuffed i tel ya

money woes are stopping me from getting it but ill sort one at some point as had to do 2 head gaskets so that took first on me list lol
