you can get drill attatchments but i doubt it do a good job. if you have plenty of time to do it then go buy a dremel plenty on ebay and in hardware stores/hobby shops. im gonna do it eventually an use a thin layer of engine paint in the inserts wont be profesional but it cant look any worse than it does now

ive been offered a 2.0 pinto engine free but its been stood a while and dont think he has the ancillerys for it either so no matter what i do its gonna cost! think if i get a carb for the 1.6 i can stick it on the 2.0 if its a runner. probably be the cheapest option too

you know, i been having a look on ebay and see theres some DOHC engines with injection system etc for around £100 - thinking it could have potential for same ££ as getting the 1.6 to run right! always change it to carbs later. worth a thought at least

this is it! ive had the filter box off and the plastic bit does move about if assisted with a finger. im only used to SU carbs, these are new to me!

wanna replace mine, that STUPID AUTO CHOKE is driving me mental, who the fook wants to drive around town with it ticking over at nearly 2000rpm? its like its stuck, might drop a bit but no im not impressed. so where can i get one from that dont have auto choke? dont have to be anything special and certainly aint worth spending hundreds on a new one! mic

ok new arm and new bearing and its sorted it out! untill i brake whilst turning right but also notice it veers left if braking hard whilst goin straight. so would that be a dodgy drivers side calliper?

is the carb/radiator etc all the same so i could strip the 1.6 an put em straight on the 2.0? obviously need a tune up

most people took it for granted it was a suicide (specially them 60+ kids who followed him and did likewise ) and to be fair i didnt question it. i recently came across a website about his death and am now convinced it was murder! ok its taken me what, around 10 years (forget exactly when) since he died so its not gonna be new gossip for everyone but what do other people think? will try find that website again cos it was pretty cool for anyone not seen it. mic

i bought a tub of bearing grease from hellfrauds for a fiver and a bearing from Allparts (they have a few branches) for something like £18. after giving the bearings a good coat of grease i used another small handfull to pack the hub but once you put it back on half of it comes back out anyway. http://www.allpartsautomotive.co.uk/all ... p?ID=14039
