    I do a reasonable amount of mileage so experimented with some brands. Size is 235/35x19 on front wheel drive with 320nm torque. Continental (nice tyres) approx £145 each 16k on fronts, Pirelli £200 each 14k on front and Khumo (budget tyres) £100 each 17.5k on front. Guess what I still use!!

    I had the same issue with my freshly built xflow. It was so close to starting it was getting frustrating. Just kept turning the dizzy in very small amounts then bingo. That is not to say this is your problem but it is worth giving it a go even if it is just to rule it out.
