Does the legal age to smoke go to 18 as well? Like sex, you can do it at 16 but can't buy it??? I smoke and have done since i passed my test in '89. Never affected my driving. If i had the money i'd be on my way to spain for good

Only drove the festa 7 miles home so don't really know what that will do. My mk1 mondy will do 90 miles to a tenner but that is a modern car.

Agreed! Just replaced one headlight as the bottom mounting was rusted away otherwise in bloody good nick for it's age. Has had a plate welded on the lower front beam but no other welding done that i can find. Few more pics...

I did consider getting a set of 13'' steels from a mk2 with a set of ford trims, dunno yet lol

My car is a bog standard 1978 1.1L fiesta. I was given this car for free, the old boy who gave it to me was 88 yrs old and bless him he couldn't park it anymore due to the lack of power steering. He was the one and only owner before i got it and even more amazing is that it only has 22k on the clock! I was given all service receipts and old mots to back this up!! Needs a set of alloys as i hate the standard 12" steels. Anyway the pics, i have only cleaned the car up, it's pretty much how i got it....

I've had countless cortinas, capri's and granadas over the years. Two of which were a mk4 'tina 2.0S and a mk1 granada 3.0 ghia. They were so cheap at the time that i sold the pair for £200. Look at the prices now

If memory serves the inlet ports are larger on the injected head. I used one on a capri 2.0S before and it worked ok but that was a standard head. Hope that helps.
