what type of fuel do u use??

for na use you have to skimm the head to a bit of more comp or use dome pistons... for the cams there lift is about 8 mm which not ideal for a fire breather

the best timing for a cosworth on a mk1 is 7.4 @ 180 mph at the moment..... on a standard shell its 8.5 @ 155mph... both are impressive... what is the best timimg with a cosworth engine??
