  3. thanks do spacers effect handling ?
  4. Looking at some alloys, they are 15x7, 4x108pcd, ET32 Cheers
  5. Brand new tyres 3 years ago all round and I have only done about 8000 miles on them.
  6. The brakes have always been bad on this car. Pads are Wilwood polymatrix I've replaced the M/C twice now.
  7. Not replaced the discs, but they look fine. I have adjusted the rear brakes, and the callipers and pads have done over 1000 miles now so should be bedded in.
  8. Brand new and working
  9. Already done that several times
  10. On my 2.8i. Any ideas why? I've changed everything braking wise since owning the car except the front braided hoses!
  11. No F or R on it I guess it will just be trial and error. Cheers
  12. Which way do I turn it to reduce rear breaking? Cheers
  13. Thanks for all the kind words guys
  14. I couldn’t believe how empty the queue was for the track, what’s the point owning an RS if you don't use it in anger!
  15. I know, I really want to join up and do some of the OSFDC. Will try and come along to the next one at the pod Although at the moment my second gear is a bit iffy, it crunches when used in anger
  16. Top day to much wheel spin on first run
  17. Headwork, valve and cam change always good for getting times down... Gonna do an engine swap, I don't think it's worth throwing money at the cologne 16.08 is amazing for a cologne, well done. if you wana go faster its time to upgrade to a pinto. I'd miss the sound my V6 makes
  18. your more than welcome to come and have a thrash with me
  19. It's defiantly a quick 2.8i, everyone told me I wouldn’t get it bellow 16.5. It’s going across the line at 86.5 mph. Standard axle on it with the standard lsd. Grip of the line isn't a problem. I have adjustable rear shocks, and unless I’m very aggressive, most times I don’t get much wheel spin. Still has full interior and 6 point role cage. Don't want to lose my comfort
  20. Going for a V8 next year, I managed to get my hands on a rover v8 for free don't wana piss on your cornflakes, but i think rover v8s are well overated engines compared to their yank breddrin... i'm sure a standard cossie v6 is about the same power as a standard rV8, someone can correct me if i'm wrong? PLus they don't respond so well to tuning as the americans? just my two cents though? (i am also aware it started life accross the pond as a buick engine before some smarty pants points that out! I can't afford the petrol for a yank V8. I have considered the small block 302 but the rover is just more fanatically viable!
