racial slur much? come on mate, you think that most of british crime is done by johny foreigner? the 'attacking the defenceless' types you describe, i would say were often white males aged between 16-21... hardly an imigrant who is out to fleece us? the average person breaks the law at least 22 times a day (mainly motoring offences)! but all this is beside the point, i don't wana start a keyboard war... i imagine where you and i live and grew up has given us a different perspective on it and at the end of the day, it's all an opinion? your original point though that cctv is to blame for increasing crime rates? or did i reach that conclusion in a round about manner?

well, two options..... find a webdesigner on here and get them to do it in exchange for goods, money or services.... otherwise look at 1 and 1 internet (google it) and they might have the package for you, easy to customise with pics and stuff as well as a whole range of practicle nolt ons
