in other words this guy will want over £1k i just dont wanna see another mk2 capri rot away As a Guide I paid £475 for mine last week with 12months MOT so in that condition I wouldnt pay anymore than pennies-but its up to you whether you want a challenge Either I got a bargain or im just tight fisted! More Mk2's need to be saved! Worth a try-no harm in trying

Heres mine.. Saturday just gone,was the second day ive had my Cappa' on the road since ive owned it,so I went round my mates to go out for a drive and get a McDonalds.Picture the scene,its a busy high street at about 3pm on a Saturday,we stop at some lights when 4 women dressed in 70s attire make a beeline for my motor,one jumps onto the bonnet-slides off then climbs again all fours on the bonnet with the arse facing the windscreen just for her mate to take a picture! The lights change but I still cant move and a porsche driver behind is getting irritated because he isnt getting any attention BEEEEEEEEEP BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEp!

Got to pick my new Cappa' up at long last 2 weeks after handing over some money for it-it needed an MOT so the guy had been sorting out the bits needed for t to pass. Driving home was a surreal experience,one ive missed since having my Mk1 Escy 6 years ago.The looks,the smiles,the look of sheer amazement!Ha ha I thought I looked cool as I pulled in for fuel-everyone looks Also found out my Cappa has a 2litre head on it-thats waht ive been told anyway-I havent got the foggiest about these 'pinto's-give me a crossflow anyday

Ive got a dual carrigeway near mine thats a 40mph,loads of people do 30mph in the fast lane and sit there..I aint gona hang around waitng for them to move into the slow lane...

Well I was going to go out but saw the snow and though 'Fook no' so im sitting on here with a Jack n Coke

Na I usually sleep where i was last found walking Last year at JAE I was found stumbing around in torrential rain with a hula skirt and vest at 4 am (and yes I am male).I wasnt impressed when i was woken at 6am by someone cleaning their Evo just outside my tent!

Ahh I will have to have a look at that one I always used to go to Japanese Auto Extravaganza at East of England showground.Arrive on the Friday afternnon,set up the stand,get pissed,remain pissed,go home sunday afternoon...good times!

Ive had a look about in the show section and cant see any that are a whole weekend I used to show my Mitsubishi GTO at the Jap shows and some used to last a whole weekend so you could camp and get pissed all day long but i cant see anything similar. Anyone know of any?

Im still deciding what to do with with it really. Tuned 2litre pinto leave it looking stock-rat look? Get it sorted cosmetically,leave it stock? Havent really got the money or facilities for a full rebuild so thats out of the question but I think a tuned 2litre Pinto leaving it looking fairly stock is the best option,though I have toyed with getting the headlight from a MK2 Mercury Capri and getting looking muscle car..I suppose I will leave it to fate (or what goes wrong with it) to make my decision.

New here,crap at sigs,all my attempts look amatuer. Someone please do a sig for me so I can impress my non OSF friends username and Oldskoolfords mentoned on it please. Any replies much appreciated
