Hi mate what make is the rev counter?

I got all the bits for mine but I'm pretty sure I'll be thumbing a lift to classic ford lol. Don't think my diesel golf will look to good running down the pod...

Seems to me like nothing ford and old skool is cheap on ebay everyone pays over the odd on there but it the easiest way to sorce an old ford. Swings and round abouts like most things lol

No it wouldn't be an 08 plate (althought that would be cool "I drive an 08 plate mk2 escort") I'm just after letting the DVLA know its back in action so it all legal and that stuff.

My friend who found the car for me does a bit of work that way (he lives two hours drive away ) said he'll call in when he gets chance so fingers crossed I'll find out the reg. Thanks for the reply its ganna be a pain in the back if it has to be fees and inspections coming outta my arsehole.

Hi guys wondering if any body has gone throught the process of re-registering there car? I have and mk2 escort its all original but like a tool I was that excited when I picked it up from the old guy I didn't ask him for the V5 duh!!! and the car didn't have any number plates on....... The good news is that the car has excilent condition strut top with the orginal chassis number and matching VIN plate I have loads of photos to support this. Can any one shed some on what the DVLA want in order for me to get the registration and get the car back on the road.
