i aint got a rs sump but do have a big hammer i can sell you so u can just bash the standard sump to fit is this the same day as the croft rs show? if its not then i will be there but probs on the bike as i doubt i will still have the beemer by then.

i been wanting to do the lakes tour for years but never had a old ford when its been on. was tempted to txt one of my pals who is going and follow on my bike but think its going to rain

god i hate going to old ford meets cos everytime i get home i got to search the net for the next project!!!!!!! was nice to catch up with people though. loved that fiesta dan. i know there was loads of nice old fords there but that mk1 golf gti was just awesome. see most of you at the metro meet next week hopefully it will be a bit warmer

if its a nice day you could always head to tynemouth or whitley bay. only 20 mins away from aliweld and its canny nice down there.

might be a bit of a long shot but got my eye on a 2dr mk1 needing a bit work and got the cash to get it but got nowhere to put it and do the work on it. anyone have some storage space or know of any at a decent price in the north east? dont mind paying for somewhere decent but cant afford a daft amount as i wouldnt be able to pay to get the car on the road !! haha.

nah it would need to much changing for me to like it. woud have a cheap capri needing work though. got my eye on a red mk2 escort on ebay in edinburgh. got some nice bits on it and it tax and tested. just needs some minilites,lowered and rs spoiler and some round headlights to float my boat so not much work then can save for a zetec conversion. says he wants 2k for it which is fair enough but am going to see how the auction goes as its only up to a grand.

theres a drift practice day at teeside autodrome on monday 7th febuary. £65 for the full day and £5 for passengers. they had them a few year back and i went to watch a few and looked great but they got stopped cos of noise but they are starting up again. might take my e30 along.

actually i might go to olivers mount to watch as it will be light.
