i ran my capri on twin 40 dellortos for the whole of last year. i found they were giving me better mpg in the 2lt than on the stnadard carb. but i did spend a bit getting them set up properly and il be putting twing 45s on to my new engine

you could always run a zetec on trottle bodies keeping the engine standard for the min and in the future build a propper hot crossflow (if you wernt happy with the zetec)and put ur trottle bodies on to that best of boat worlds ... i think any way

im glad i dont have to worry about this kinda thing happening around here. + every gard around here knows my car for good and not so good reasons but if i ever go out to my m8s in collage in limerick or cork i usualy take of the lead to the dizzy and mess with the plug leads like move em all over one or something

i use and abuse my capri every day as well. if i av to park her somewhere id be worried i take the lead from the coil to the dizzy or take the dizzy cap ( iv each leaed marked where it goes on the cap just in case haha )

here if the price is wrong it gets sold for that price although i had a similar problem with B&Q with a can of expanding foam marked clearly for €5 got to the till €10 i made a huge full over it and took the lad down to see the price and got it for the €5 haha who says trowing a tantrum dosnt work
