  1. You could care or couldn't? What are these BMW engines, 4 or 6 cylinder? 6 cylinder, a google search would have told you that. rallyesport04: I`m quite happy in my E36 BMW. if your happy in your E36 bmw , then why would you want a cheap mk1 escort for a run around? Because a mk1 was my first car choice and i could not afford one. I picked up the E36 because it was a cheap decent car. Certainly better than a capri.

  3. £3500 for 220bhp? 230-240bhp is possible for £1500 320ish bhp is possible for around £3000 You can keep on wasting your money on shite cosworths. 240BHP for £1500 !! Tell me where, and i'll bloody go and get one!! Surely the cylinder head to achieve the amount of airflow with the cams will be near that mate!?!?! Is that on carbs??? 48's?.... thats £450 second hand then. Inlet manifold ... £75 Exhaust manifold.... £ 200 + donor engine.... £200 You cant go getting that kind of power without a decent comp ratio.... that'll mean forged pistons....£500. ??????? If that was doable then everyone would have 240bhp zetecs in thier old ford. I know i would. A friend of mine spent 8K on his race zetec from Dunnell engines. Dry sumped beastie though. I was not referring to a zetec, i was referring to the BMW M52B28 and the S50B32. 4DOOR-SHERWOOD: No i have not. And i could care less about experiencing the "mighty yb" rallyesport04: I could care less what deal you got, its still a shitty old yb.

  5. 193bhp and good luck finding a cheap straight 328. Oh and watch out for cars that did not have the nikasil issue fixed, alot of money to fix. 220-230bhp is possible for under a grand also. Go for a saloon for the stiffer shell.
  6. Wrong way round mate
  7. The 360 is not at its limits, it still has a while to go before it has to be upgraded. When PSN gets as big as live (good luck with that ) then we will see which online service is better.

    New Games :)

Its made by Infinity Ward so you can guarantee its better than World at War.
  10. Actually it would be Chipping Norton
  11. Which part of Oxford are you staying in? I know of a mk1 escort that is sat in a drive 99% of the time and there's the red mk1 escort that's usually bombing about witney most days.
  12. How is a Rover V8 not a proper V8? It has 2 banks of cylinders in a V formation like any other V8.
  13. Whack a BMW M52B28 in it
  14. Kudos for having the balls to join up at the moment.
  15. The Roush is better. I`m with Antz and i would have any viper. Preferably the competition coupe
