It may help you in your search to be specific about which axle you want as there are many different lengths/widths. I don't have any for sale just thought this might help.

I have a perfect working condition 3 rail 2000e gearbox for sale. All synchros, bearings, seals etc are in great condition and don't need any attention. As I said in my post the mk2 cortina has two types of gear lever. If you don't know which gearbox you have either post a picture and people on here may be able to help or do a google search to find a picture of a similar gearbox. Hopefully then you'll be able to identify which lever you need. I would have thought ebay will be your best bet once you know which type you are looking for.

Which lotus cortina? There are 3 different types for lotus cortinas : mk1 (1 type) and mk2 (2 types). Depends which type of gear box you have fitted.

You'd be better off making one from a standard twin sidedraught manifold than looking for one as they are rare for crossflows.

Do you mean the one with the gear lever right at the end of the housing, or the one where the lever exits directly behind the 3 rails?

Photos as requested - stubs are good and straight and threads for wheel nuts and brake calipers are fine. One of the photo shows the reason for the tubes being no good - the metal is thin in that area (amongst others). Cheers.
