I'm an Alfa fan, that makes me sad

Yeomans, same here. I've had my Capri about 6 weeks now, & about 2 weeks ago I span it on a roundabout, hit the traffic island kerb as I 180'd. Mullered the wheel & bent something, although the only thing that seems noticeable is the anti roll bar clamp is bent. Drives & steers fine but I can feel some vibration through the floor. So, moral of the story is, take it easy!

?????? Isn't it a Vauxhall? What were you thinking???

Hey all, See pics of my Capri 2.0S daily driver: http://s835.photobucket.com/albums/zz27 ... d%20Capri/ It was previously stored in a barn & only used during dry summer times. Well looked after, only rust is on drivers wing, solid underneath, very little welding done. New cam, new exhaust, original strut tops, basically very solid & competent car. Guy was rerluctant to sell but needed the money. What do you guys think?

Yeah, I only had a couple of bad reactions. I'm reguarly getting called Del Boy or asking if I'm getting a perm next!

Just want to get opinions. I use my Capri 2.0S as a daily driver & I am a bit of a show off when it comes to cars. So I turned up at work (and I work in an office, so some people either have repmobiles or boring cars), & I'd been hyping up what I'd bought for weeks, lot of people were wondering what I'd got (bearing in mind that I also own an Alfa Romeo 166 & my previous daily driver was a modified Skoda!). They love the Capri, I got some very interesting looks from people, including some very amorous ones from some of the ladies! Just wondered what reaction people gave you with your work cars/daily drivers

I was there on a Sunday night a couple of weeks ago, just by chance. 1 more Capri turned up, loads of people were interested in them! Need more old skool down there!

Hey all, Just signed up. As the name suggests, I own a 2.0S Capri. Just bought it the other week, solid car, been dry stored for the last few years, summer use only. Bit of rust on drivers wing, few minor issues to sort but fantastic fun. I love Fords & can't really get enough of them but haven't had much luck. I've had an XR2i, Fiesta RS Turbo tuned to 200bhp, & a modified P100 with a 2.9V6, custom orange paint, huge exhaust, leather Recaros & LSD, once featured in Fast Ford. A stint away from Fords after smacking my P100 up (1 day after the mag came out in the shops!) I'm back in a Ford, & a RWD one at that - liable to go sideways at any time? Definitely! Hope to chat to all & come to some meets - first things first, OSF stickers!
