my car has 2" lowering blocks and std front springs, got some- 2"front springs but think it be too low also got 21/4" coilover kit too fit when i get chance. the back wheels are in a little so ive got longer wheel studs and 10mm spacers to fit at some time.

some of my mk2 with different wheel/tyres the D1s have 185/60s the cosmics 165/70s the 6x13 superlights 165s and Lotus steels 175/70s.

ive got a boot lid needs small repair £20

i was watching the blue car on the bay only for the reason it wasnt far from me when it made about 3500, was suprised when it was back on less than a week later. not saying its a bad car just nearer the mark at 3500 rather than 6750. Due to buying a mk2 Lotus project it looks like i will reluctantly have to sell my GT if your interested PM me.

yes theres a lot of nasty cars hiding under new paint out there, if youve got a good 1 youve got to keep it. keep thinking about selling my GT but i looked at a lot of nastys before i bought it so im reluctant to get rid. mine

it was advertised in classic car weekly and after seeing the car then reading the ad, i thought the ad didnt do it justice as the car was nicer than it read.

i knew him Phil Gibson i did have a look but wanted a white 1 at the time. he told me the previous owner was a joiner and built a wood frame that would obsorb all the moisture to cover it in his garage. nice car should of had it.

im hoping for some bright crisp days so i can get out in mine. gotta avoid all that salt though, thats not good for old cars

ive missed out in the past, so got straight on to it when i got the E-mail to say they were in the shop. how many copies do the shop get in ?

wasnt sure about 5.5s but the offset is bang on n fill the arches well, pleased with them reasonably priced too.

just lately been trying some different wheels i have, but decided 2 bite the bullet n get some of them D1 reps, good call cos i really like em !
