The wing on my Mk5 ya filthy mided devil. Gonna try and weld it up tomorrow but ill have to make a piece as i dont have an old wing to cut the mountinmg rail off. Good news is the inner wing is very solid and just needed a coat of chunderseal.

yes mate its a 1600 pinto. I just used a drop of hylomar red to help it seal a little. but i dont think it would leak as the wire is so thin. I used it because i wasnt sure whether to trust my gauge or not so i popped it in just for an experiment. Its all ok though so i might find another use for it soon

How? Is it attached ti a hose, or is it on the bolck somewhere? Ive put the sensor into the top hose and tightened the jubilee clip as normal. It doesnt leak because the wire is so thin

I truly believe the Islam4uk march could have been the start of a violent attack on the immigrants if it went ahead. A few mates of mine were talking about them going to wooton basset and "express their displeasure" when the march was over. If this country doesnt stand strong soon it will be too late. Thing is they want to be classed as british, but they dont want the british army fighting on their behalf. Best of both worlds eh?.... I love crystal green cortina's. I think its one of the nicest colours ford did for them and the square granadas. Just hope i get a good colour match when i get the paint mixed to do a couple of minor repairs.

I was going to do them anthracite or gun metal grey. The pic was a very quick photoplop bodge Just seems so strange that when i was driving around in these as my everyday car i couldnt wait to get rid of those old steels and get some "wheels" on them. The old steels were just thrown / given away. Now i want them they seem so hard to find.

Yeah i love those and the Ghia alloys. Ive done a quick photoplop on the current wheels and done the centres in a gun metal grey. Looks ok on the piccy but ill decide what to do with them if i cant get a set of standards or Ghia's. If you haven't tried already ask the people on www.buysellcortina.co.uk someone there should have a set of Ghia or Ford Sports wheels or be able to point you in the right direction. Yep, registered on there. So far none have come up for sale but ive found some ford sports on fleabay. Hopefully they wont go silly cos i dont think they are worth much just yet.
