First time i sent my provisional off to get it upgraded too a full license THEY LOST IT! they finally got it back too me. 8 months later i had my license revoked for speeding, but fair enough i was driving too fast. so i go to court, get convicted, and then give my license too the court... WHO LOSE IT! the DSA then have the cheek too send me a letter asking me too send them my license WHEN THEY ALREADY HAVE IT! they say they will send me a letter saying that i dont need to send them my license.... never arrives despite constant phonecalls it takes them 2 months 2 get my provisional back too me. i then go too book my practical test again online and it tells me there is a problem with my drivers number and gives me a number too phone.... i spend TEN MINUTES OFF MY LIFE pressing buttons on one of those automated systems jsut too be told that i cant talk too anyone and they dont even give a reason! i phone customer complaints and was very polite and everything and the doris told me there was nothing she could King do! AHHHHHHHH they are making this difficult for me every step of the way... that and plod pulling me over 4 damn times before i was even caught speeding for no better reason than too breathylse me because they want too check my tax and insurance and kick my car a bit has really pissed me off!
