Never used the Paxton in the end due to limited space, So we ended up with a Rotrex C38-91 supercharger,

removing the new engine, strip down, replace faulty rings, rebuild engine, refit into car, change power rack for new one, change lower arms to rose jointed ajustable ones, all by sunday night so i can drive the car back from the workshop

Cheers guys, it was going in for the bodywork to be done this year as its looking a bit old now, but the supercharger has put stop to that now for another year or two

The intercooler I got from Ebay Bov I've got is a 50mm Tial If you need to work out the pulley diameters and you know the ratio of the internal step up of the Paxton I'll find the link to the site I used 5" crank pulley 6rib 3.75" charger pulley 6 rib with two keyways, gives me charger rpm of 38134rpm at 6.5k (max rpm of charger 38000) gives 35670rpm (ish) @ 6k, will do a search on the bov, ta mate for the help been spot on
