I Ran a TJ system on the street for a while, mine was a on 302 Mustang engine in a Mk1 Zephyr, I dont reccomend it, Its a full out racing system, and a very crude one at that, Firstly there is no idle system, Mixture ratio is set by the large cam at the back and I have never seen any spares for the cam so there is no way to alter the fueling ramp of the engine, other than the cam timing itself, and the mixture its self was adjustable by the small capstan that is almost inaccesable at the rear of the Vee,

As for the injectors, all they were was a surgical needle silver soldered into the venturi, then crimped with a pair of pliers to get a decent spray pattern,

I have been toying with making an electronic conversion on my mates TJ system thats gathering dust in his garage, and it is very do-able

I guess thats pretty much what I guessed, shame really but from looking at the info on the web it looks like a pretty crude system.

electronic version sounds like it could be an interesting project though...
