its a right pigs ear as its a cheapo gasless thingneed to somehow get underneth the car and attack it from the underside too put some more strength in it

fair play mate, i payed around with a bonnet and just made holes

 

'bird shit welds' is what you have to work upto, they're strong but not pretty, and anyting after that is a bonus according to my uncle who taught me

think im at that stage, ill need gas todo anything much cleaner

I still prefer gasless on old body panels!

Can't seem to weld with gas and shite metal!
