has anyone fitted these to a capper

my lovely new ally roller top mounts arrived today for the capri, so now i have all the new bits for the front suspention.

now are they just a direct replacment or do i have to do any mods.

i will be doing all the work (new top mount,new front billys, caliper reseal new trackrod ends and goodridge hoses) on friday and i dont want to be stuck without and vital bits i may need.

 

i fitted the new rear shox today and the handling has improved 10 fold, it no longer sits down on its ass when you boot it. but i did have fun with one of the top nuts, i had to attack it with a air hacksaw to get the nuts loose.

 

there is just one more mod that i did, see if you can spot what it is

just a little bump, someone must have fitted these top mounts before, even if its to an escort they fit both.

if not i will just wing it and let you all know when ive done it and i will post picks.
