Sentbox or outbox

What's the difference between sentbox & outbox. I've sent some PMs which are not in my sentbox but they are in my outbox. My sentbox is only 75% full. Thanks

Sentbox is read messages which you've sent & outbox is unread I think?

Correct. If it's in the outbox, the recipient has not yet read your pm. When they open it, it then goes to the sentbox.

 

It's one way of knowing that they have received and read it

send box is once that have been sent and seen and outbox is ones that have been sent but not opened and been seen
