can any one tell me the standard diff ratio of a capri 2.8i please

 

and should it be lsd standard or not

3.09 is the ratio, L.S.D s were fitted to 2.8i specials only i believe, after 1985 i think.

yup, specials had 7 spoke 13" alloys, half leather recaros

and a 5 speed box standard

5 speed box was available on non specials too, The change over plate was a B, you can get specials and non specials on a B. The obvious differences on the special are the body colour front grill, half leather interior and the 13" spoked wheels as opposed to pepperpots. Less obvious is the LSD.

 

The thing is so few are in standard trim now, you could get anything in anything

yea i know someone who bought a special but his didnt have an lsd
