Mr Sam Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 when i drill the bonnet can i afford to drill the holes a decent size then position it over the pins then rivet the pin holders in position to hold it all straight.....if anyone has the fogeyest what im on about just means i dont have to fiddle around with the 10mm quite so much when dieting in the pits
KJ 1320 Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 the plate will cover the hole you drill m8 but you don't want to drill it to big i would use a 13mm for a 10mm pin

Messenjah Posted May 14, 2007 Report Posted May 14, 2007 hmmm i makred and drilled the small holes for the plates on the top and then screwed trhem on and marked out the hole in tht plate for the pin to come thru drilled a few small holes in it and siled it so its a rectangular hole the rite size closed the bonnet put a scredriver thru the hole and smacked it with an ammer to mark the inner wing then drilled the big holes in tht only ...
