could do with someone like that at our place too, as 50% of the office staff do fookall all day, while us in the workshop get told wrong delivery dates, have no parts ordered for the machines we are building next, countless job mix ups due to one bloke issueing the wrong kit lists and we get the blame and pressure for things out of our control
