Smudger105e Posted May 29, 2007 Report Posted May 29, 2007 well folk. I don't know if you are aware, but there is an organisation that represents us in Europe, lobbying and keeping an eye on new legislation etc. The organisation is paid for by member organisations or individual members. The Ford Anglia 105e Owners' Club is a subscribing organisation, OSF is not, but then it is not really a Car Club, is it? The organisation is called the FBHVC (Federation of British Historic Car Clubs) and it is an interesting read, and worth keeping an eye on their newsletters. http://www.fbhvc.co.uk/newsletters/newsletter-info.htm I have just received the 3rd newsletter for 2007, and it includes articles on the petition for a rolling date for free road tax, off road vehicle registration law, drivers hours and metric/imperial units of measurement amongst other things..
Admin Vista Posted May 29, 2007 Admin Report Posted May 29, 2007 I keep in touch with the FBHVC's website, it's quite a useful place for information on things going on near you too.
