Cheeky but worth asking

Our club is buying a banner and the guy making it says he needs it designed on something like photoshop so he can print it

 

Im no good with photoshop and have so much on at the mo that I havent much time as it is

 

 

Would someone be able to take some basic bits and bobs and put them into a banner design with the right measurements for me?

 

I know its a bit cheeky but its a Ford Club and I havent a clue what Im doing

 

 

I can give an example hashed together in word or publisher
