Wow, that's cool! Carbs look a bit of a squeeze! Shouldn't the holes be on the other side of the engine cover?

Bet it goes like a fookin' rocket!!

The holes in the bonnet are to help cool the motor so have been cut about the exhaust manifold, the carbs still have standard Weber trumpets under the airfilter and Dunnell Racing are ok with the tightness........

Jay is going to run a couple of air intakes from the front nose cone to help get air to the carbs......

feels fine but I have had a Westfield before............ took it for a proper run last night and reached 130mph with it and backed off....... when I downloaded the data from the ignition and it showed 131.7mph, 67135rpm.

I have no idea what the top end would be....... the gearing is quite tall so poss wouldn't be taht quick on a standing 1/4 mile.

havnt run a 1/4 mile yet but should be good for 0 - 60mph = 4 secs, 0-100mph in around 10secs....

I have had 130mph so far and was still pulling, i have messed with the suspension and hope to run it up past 140mph this week {on a private road of course :wink: }

Pulls your arms out in 2nd and 3rd...... excellent.....
