stu Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 2000 mk2 front lights just got some new ones. outter fits fine inner havant been made the same as originals thus wont fit (valleo) any 1 eles had this or can throw some light on it, OR IS IT ME BEEING A MUPPET AS USAL. if i dont resolve this in the next 24 hrs im gonna swap me rs 4 a austin princess auto, many thanks stu
bomber1 Posted June 21, 2007 Report Posted June 21, 2007 i know its not quite the same but when i put halgon conversion lamps into my mk1 i had to cut the back off headlight carrier to get the lamp in with the sidelight bulb in it. otherwise it wasen sitting far enough back to get the retainer ring over it? can u get pics up off where its not fitting?
