mk2 stu Posted October 11, 2006 Report Posted October 11, 2006 hmm, i had a mk2 also, drove the mk1 matchbox and to be honest thought it was a lot of fun, it is in a way a bit of a classic, how bad is the damage, if it can be repaired, get it on the road cheap and smoke it till you got some dough saved up for something else, jus dont throw too much money at it.

B'stewards! why not get it insured 3rd party only nice and cheap, say you'll do low mileage and jus run it into the ground. save your pennies up for a proper osf and wait till its perfect before unleashing it!!!
