Does it hurts? Only when the kids want to jump on your lap afterwards!

Does it seem strange when it don't fire. Well, I don't know how to tell you this

but

it still fires, can't tell the difference. You don't have dry orgasms after the snip...

I had it done twice (don't ask) and it was a relatively minor procedure, I recommend it to anyone, as long as they are sure that they want no more kids in the future...

The only bit that hurt was when to doc tried to see if the anesthetic had worked yet, and stabbed me with a scalpel. It hadn't worked

Does it hurt? Not until afterwards

Feel funny firing. Not at all. Works just the same ;)

The last thing you will be thinking of is standing to attention

The surgeon let me watch

Its a piece of piss mate. The strongest word I could use to describe the procedure is "uncomfortable"

I was back at work driving the next day.

My only gripe was the doc left a few stitches in and I could'nt be arsed going back so I pulled them out myself.

Wear a condon m8 fook all that pain i know its like wearing a wet suit in the shower but i would hate to have the snip :(

i think does it hurt is all down to your perceived pain threshold, Personally It felt like I had been kicked in the nads for a couple of days, but a mate who had it done a few days later was back in work that afternoon.

Another friend had his done in the local surgery, not normally a problem until sitting on the table, legs akimbo, the doctor asked the nurse to lift his nads up so he could see what he was doing, 1st cut the nurse has seen enough and promptly faints, grabbing the first thing she could to stop herself falling clenched onto his nuts, falling backwards took him with her onto the floor, still hanging on for dear life, He woke up in hospital, no vasectomy, but a fractured skull where he hit the floor :mrgreen::mrgreen: managed to wangle 3 months off work on the strength of having the chop or not as the case was.

Wheels were set in motion tonight, and i went to see the "doctor" with the wife in tow.

i gets there and my name was called by a doris, so i got in and she started discussing this and that....

then i asked, "erm, where is the doctor im here to see?" which was met with a short silence, she said "i am the doctor you are here to see" :?

appartently they have women doctors these days???, i thought a doris doctor was called a nurse, and a man was a doctor, but anyway i digress......

she asked if i was totally sure i dont want any more sroggs and the first thing i said was "erm" followed by a silence, and she dont think im quite ready yet....well, i could have said that without seeing this nurse :roll:

i dunno, im really not sure about all this now :?

Glyn - you're only 33... i would seriously think very carefully about having it done...

i was sterilised when i was 35. my partner at the time was a coward and wouldn't have the snip.

2 years later i've had enough of him... met John (Essex Boy), fall madly in love and get married. My one regret is that we can't have a baby. John is happy to be "Dad" to my 13 year old son, but its not the same.

I would say to anyone don't get snipped/sterilised until you're at least 40

I'm quite curious as to where all that testosterone goes when ur snipped.. cuz it can't go anywhere can it? it can only sit there.. building up..

i might be wrong though

There is not really any testosterone in the 'bullets'

What comes out is exactly the same, just without the sperm cells (which you cant see or feel anyway)

Everything is exactly as it was, just without the risk of an unwanted pregnancy:D
