I do find it incredible when I see some peoples trollies loaded with nothing but boxes of ready meals or frozen pizzas etc.....not a fresh veggie or piece of fruit to be seen anywhere! Coincidentally(?) they are usually the most unhealthy looking specimens of mankind imaginable!
