xpackken Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 wirral new brighton meet 29/07/07 3PM DERBY POOL PUB NEW BRIGHTON Only had about 20 cars last month due to bad weather so i just hope its a better turn out this time . this one will make or break this meet . witch tbh proved to be a big hit . so come on lads make the effort . ive spoken to a fair few people that have told me to keep at it . please post here so we can get an idea of numbers . ALSO THERE IS A ALOT OF US GOING TO FORD FAIR IN CONVOY ON THE SATARDAY 4TH AUGUST CAMPING OVER ETC .JUST ASK FOR DERTAILS _________________ NCPA

The fuel tanks back on and it went through its MOT just fine, so when ive fixed my drivers door (bloody lock linkage is shagged) - she will be ship shape. Hope you dont knock it on the head mate you have done a top job, but i understand if people aren't making the effort to come down - lets hope it carrys on! Dave

If we get good weather it should be a better turn out i suspect. Is anyone going to the classic club run thing that goes to port sunlight? Its this sunday. They go past mine so i reckon ill just follow them and pester them until they let me join in.

hotrodholty Posted July 23, 2007 Report Posted July 23, 2007 dont sack it off ken. the meet is spot on, the weather has been shit and a lot of people have bad hangfovers on a sunday . had a phone round, should be 3 mk1 fiestas, 2 mk2 escorts and two mk1 escorts from our side of the water that i know of plus a mk1 cav and a mini cooper if theyre welcome. if ye need any help let me know, we need more meets like yours in the northwest and i was thinking of organising one in liverpool so we've got one every two weeks. what do you reckon?
