i know this discussion has been had over and over again... but iv never read it as iv never been interested

 

but my mate has asked me to tell him if they are rs or laser

 

 

how do i tell baring in mind i dont have one of each to compair spoke thikness....

 

 

something to do with the wheel but seat or part number i think

The seats of the nuts will be flat on the RS wheel, Tapered on the Laser wheel

Its quite easy to tell once youve seen a set

Look at the difference betwween the thickness of the rim around the wheelnut holes

turns out he paid RS money for lazor wheels

 

 

maybee i should have just told him they were RS aloys as no doubt ill end up getting him the washers anyway

 

hes gutted now... but the guy did advertise them as RS ones and they did come off a mk1 escort
