I think they have a web site, but it is normally for people in the trade. You may be able to get a copy through the seedy underground, but don't bank on it. It is often referred to as "The Book" by people in the trade & Arthur Daley

 

They may have changed their rules now, but when I left the motor trade 6 years ago, they were still trade only!

thanks tom lol it did chris but the body shop rang me today and said it might be a right off but they will let me no asap if it is of not and someone will call me to let me no how much they will pay out to me i just wanted to know just incase they try and say it was worth about £2000 then i can tell them to knob off
